Can I have a cosigner?

Yes, cosigners are permitted. They must make five times the market rent.


How long is my lease term?

We offer 7-to-12-month lease terms.


What deposits are required?

Security deposit of $300 and up to one month’s rent depending on credit approval. 


Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, renter’s insurance is required for the duration of your lease term.


When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Rent is considered late starting on the 4th and late fees will then be applied.

Are any utilities included in rent?

No, utilities are NOT included in rent.


What utilities am I responsible for?

You are responsible for electricity, water, cable and internet.

What if I need maintenance?

We have a 24-hour Maintenance Team with a line for after hour emergencies. During office hours, please call the Leasing Office.


Where can I find a copy of my lease?

We can provide a copy of your lease at our Leasing Office.


Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?

Washer/dryer can be found in select units.


Are single occupancy rooms available?

No, we do not offer accommodations for single occupancy rooms.


How do I add a roommate?

You can have them come into the Leasing Office and fill out an application. A background check is required.


Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?

Every unit has one reserved parking spot, no fees are required.


Is the community pet friendly?

Yes, we accept up to two pets with a maximum weight of 60 lbs.


What is the pet policy?

A maximum of two pets per unit. All pets must have current vaccinations and pass a pet screening.


What are your restricted breeds?

Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow-Chow, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf Hybrid, Dalmatian and any mix thereof.


Can I sublet my apartment?

No, subletting is not permitted.


Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?

Yes, as long as approved by Management.


Are your apartments furnished?

We do not offer furnished apartments.


Are we allowed visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?

You are allowed visitors; however, you must accompany them to all amenities on-site. They must park in a guest parking spot.


Can visitors use the amenities?

They must be accompanied by a resident in your household at all times.


How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?

We do not have an after-hour lockout policy; however, you may request a copy of your key during office business hours.
